EdgeCoat
Reserves instead of tight calculations – that describes the edge coating system of Schiele. You can individually safely coat complex edge profiles. No matter if you seal, fill or coat: taping is not required!

- The VACUMAT EdgeCoat® is equipped with a special internal coating. In combination with a dewpoint-controlled cooling system, the cleaning time is considerably reduced. Frequent colour changes can be executed fast.
- Self-sufficient coating management controls processing parameters and intervenes when needed to ensure optimal conditions.
- High efficiency. Depending on the workpiece, a feed speed of up to 200 m/minute can be achieved.
- The basic machine has a compact and space-saving design.
- Optionally, order quantities can be achieved with special tools, in particular during the filling of MDF edges (e.g. up to 275 g/m²).
- Customising of material tolerances are potentially possible.
